SAIFUN RICE VERMICELLISoak saifun rice vermicelli in boiling water for 6-8 minutes, stir sometimes. Then, take it out and flush water for 2 second. Drain water off and mix with a little cooking oil before frying or cooking with meat, seafood, vegetable.

RICE VERMICELLI (LARGE)- Soak rice vermicelli in cold water for about 30 minutes, then drain.
- Cook rice vermicelli into boiling water for about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain and rinse under cool water.
- Use as preferred.

RICE NOODLEPut rice noodles into boiling water, cook for 2-3 minutes. Take out rice noodles and put into water, stir loose and then take out to drain. Add 1 tsp of vegetable oil into rice noodles and mix well to make them non-stick.The rice noodles now can be used with broth or fried with vegetabe, meat and other spices.
